Stefan Tomasevic
CEO / Owner / Head Coach
Bio
Stefan Tomasevic is the CEO and Owner of Soccer Dimensions and has been coaching and developing players since 2017. With experience as a professional, collegiate, and international-level player, Stefan brings a deep understanding of what it takes to perform and progress at every stage of the game. His coaching combines technical development, tactical understanding, and game-realistic training to help players build confidence and reach higher levels of competition.
Playing Career
Brentford FC (2010-2014): Academy and first team involvement, with loan spells at Northwood FC, Maidenhead United, and Hayes & Yeading United. Represented the Montenegro U19 National Team during his time at Brentford. Played for Lane United FC (USL League Two) in Summer 2016 and was named among the Top 100 Players in the league.
College Career
Post University (NCAA Division II) (2014-2016): ECAC Champions in 2014 and ECAC MVP the same year. Saginaw Valley State University (NCAA Division II) (2016-2017): GLIAC Champions and qualified for NCAA Nationals. Arizona Christian University (NAIA) (2017-2018): GSAC Champions, earned All-American honors, and qualified for NAIA Nationals.
Coaching & Leadership Experience
Soccer Dimensions (2017-Present): Owner and Head Coach. Phoenix Rising FC - North Valley: Head Coach for five years, winning back-to-back State Cups and coaching the 2011 Boys team playing up an age group. Phoenix Rising FC - Scottsdale: Coach for one year, contributing to the development of the 2012 Girls team, which is now ranked Top 5 nationally in ECNL. Real Salt Lake (RSL) (2024-2025): Served as Girls Director and DPL Director.
Development Record
Stefan has helped develop and advance more than 100 players to the next level of the game. His work has supported progression through key pathways including DPL, ECRL, ECNL, MLS NEXT, professional clubs, and national team environments.
Coaching Philosophy
At Soccer Dimensions, training is designed to challenge players to think faster, understand the game more deeply, and execute at a higher level. The focus is not only on technical development, but also on awareness, decision-making, confidence, and competing with purpose.
